How we partnered with ONE Creative to deliver a first-of-its-kind, award-winning platform redefining building safety and resident engagement.

When the Building Safety Act was introduced in 2022, it marked a fundamental shift in responsibility and accountability for landlords and property managers across the UK. ONE Creative recognised early that compliance alone wasn’t enough. To truly protect residents and support duty holders, the industry needed a smarter, more transparent, and more human digital approach.



Working in close partnership, we designed and delivered ONE Engage — a ‘Golden Thread’ resident engagement and building safety platform that sets a new benchmark for the sector. The result is a multiple award-winning solution that empowers residents, supports emergency services, and gives landlords confidence they are meeting their legal and ethical obligations.

ONE Engage is a multiple award-winning platform focused on building safety, resident engagement, and Residential PEEPs. Designed to empower residents while providing transparency across all stakeholders, the platform enables real-time reporting and insight across properties and estates - ensuring critical information is always accessible when it matters most.

The Challenge 

ONE Creative had never commissioned a custom software platform before. They needed a trusted local partner who could guide them through discovery, translate complex regulation into clear requirements, and deliver a solution that reflected their reputation for quality and innovation.



There was also an acute awareness that this platform would carry significant brand and industry responsibility. Failure wasn’t an option - the solution had to be robust, secure, intuitive, and future-proof. 

The Solution

ONE Engage provides peace of mind for landlords navigating post-Building Safety Act responsibilities. Residents and Fire Authorities have secure, round-the-clock access to critical information, including building layouts and risk assessment data, ensuring emergency scenarios are fully supported.



The platform centralises resident communications, prioritises safety concerns for high-risk assets, and leverages data and analytics to support targeted intervention. It also enables the management of PCFRAs and RPEEPs in line with the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, ensuring ongoing compliance as regulation evolves.
