The Challenge
As a professional services business specialising in network management and performance, OUTSORC was increasingly constrained by third-party software - limited by inflexible functionality, slow innovation, and a lack of meaningful support. The team had a bold vision to transform auditing on a global scale, but struggled to find a technology partner who truly understood the brief and could translate that ambition into reality.
From the outset, it was clear this wasn’t just a technical challenge - it was about rethinking how auditing could work in practice. Together, we set out to uncover real user needs, visiting sites to understand operational context and designing a best-in-class UX that reflected how auditors and manufacturers work.
OUTSORC brought invaluable domain expertise, while Bluebox guided the technical strategy, architecture, and user experience. After months of close collaboration, the first version of MONITRR was launched.

MONITRR made an immediate impact on the market, first launching with Bentley before rapidly expanding across the UK and into international markets. The platform’s success was driven by word-of-mouth among manufacturers eager to modernise their auditing processes, improve efficiency, and gain deeper insight across their networks.
Today, MONITRR is the global market leader in remote auditing, available in 26 languages and trusted by manufacturers worldwide. Continued development and innovation have enabled OUTSORC to diversify their services, extending MONITRR’s capabilities to support organisations such as LV and the RAC.
Our partnership continues to evolve. More recently, we’ve introduced Machine Learning and AI capabilities to support large territories such as the USA - reducing operating costs for manufacturers while increasing insight and scalability.
MONITRR now offers a flexible, configurable ecosystem of tailored both to global standards and individual client needs.
