About Loop
Loop is a custom lending application that onboards, manages and reports on all aspects of financial lending. Created to get ahead of regulatory requirements and support Estone’s unique workflows. Loop has modernised a traditional marketplace whilst remaining true to the human aspects and interactions that Estone are renowned for. Loop has been designed to enable entirely remote processing or to augment more traditional in-person interactions.

The Challenge
Estone had never embarked on a custom software project before, and they needed a partner who could guide them with confidence - one able to challenge assumptions, reduce risk, and protect the strong customer relationships they had spent years building.
Their concerns were grounded in real operational barriers: off-the-shelf systems had previously forced them to adapt their processes in ways that felt impersonal and counterproductive, and they were determined not to repeat that experience. They also faced the significant task of migrating more than three million rows of historic data without disrupting day-to-day operations.
