Major projects will have a bespoke arrangement for a minimum allocation of development hours each month to iron out user issues, add and test new functions and maintain and support a large system.
Smaller projects enjoy great value from a support service as and when they require it. Requests submitted by e-mail will be responded to and allocated required time to solve in a set process to provide consistency.
