Blue Box Software now offer an associated support service to any client wishing to back up the content of their website. Blue Box Software are resellers for Fasthosts; allowing us to offer excellent value for virtually unlimited bandwidth and webspace for a website hosting account. Fasthosts, however do not provide a backup on demand for their accounts, so Blue Box Software have drawn up a process to cover both unforeseen loss of data, or user based errors.

The backup of any website is held on the Blue Box Software dedicated server, which itself is backed up on removable storage and held out of our offices at a safe location.
