The new agreements are tiered according to the expected monthly demand. Blue Box Software are committed to providing reliable and timely support for all our clients. - Inclusive hours covers all development including programming and graphic identity creation in a discounted flat hourly rate (£42 per hour instead of £60 per hour). This means the more hours you have in the support agreement the greater the overall saving.
